Course Description

This course is a one-day recertification course. For course entry you must have a non-expired certificate of this course. This is an in-class course only. By Alberta Occupational Health and Safety standards there is currently no Blended Learning option for this course. Cancellation Policy

By registering and paying for a course with K Squared First Aid Training Ltd., you agree to the following cancellation policy. We reserve the right to make changes and updates to this policy at any time. Refunds will not include the payment processing fee ($0.30 + 2.9% of the course fee) incurred by K Squared First Aid Training Ltd. "Refund" refers to the course fee minus the payment processing fee. Five Days Before Course: Full refund for cancellations at least five days before the course. Three to Five Days Before Course: 30% administration fee for cancellations made three to five days prior. Within 72 Hours: No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the course. Credit will be provided to attend another course within thirty days. Missing the new date results in loss of course fee and no further credit. We may, at our discretion, issue a credit for the paid course fee for the same course later, valid for thirty days. Cancelling the rescheduled class results in the loss of the credited course fee. For blended learning courses, once the online section starts, a 50% refund will be issued. Being more than thirty minutes late may result in the loss of the course fee. All correspondence must be via email. Abusive or threatening behavior towards staff will not be tolerated. Refunds will be returned by the same payment method. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Cancellation by K Squared First Aid Training Ltd. Notification: We will notify participants of cancellations as soon as possible via email, phone, or official channels. Course Rescheduling: Clients can use their credit to reschedule for another available course within thirty days. Credit on Account: Instead of refunds, clients may receive a credit to reschedule another course. Credit Expiry: Credits are valid for thirty days. Clients must utilize their credit within this timeframe. Non-Transferability: Credits are non-transferable to third parties. Notification of Credit Use: Clients must contact us within the validity period to use their credit. Failure to Utilize Credit: Unused credits within the validity period will expire without further compensation. Cancellation of Replacement Course: The cancellation policy for replacement courses applies, including fees or penalties associated with that cancellation. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for K Squared First Aid Training Ltd.
